What is CJC 1295 & Ipamorelin

Both CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin have been classified as peptide growth hormones used to stimulate the release of GH from the pituitary.

CJC-1295 is a synthetic peptide analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), which offers an increased time domain of GH through enhancing pulsatile release and enables the pulsing half-life to increase until it is equal to that of GHRH, thus allowing its sustained stimulation.

Hence, Ipamorelin is a selective GH secretagogue acting via the ghrelin receptor, since it raises GH release specifically and does not do so with other hormones, for example, cortisol or prolactin; the increment is dose-dependent.

Administered concomitantly, CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin produce an exciting synergy effect in the release of GH, which initiates many physiological processes such as lipolysis and muscle growth, including enhanced metabolism. It is well studied and, hence, it is one of the commonly used peptides in clinical practice for possible further therapeutic uses in growth disturbances, conditions of old age, and metabolic disorders.

Blood work

Though blood work is not necessary for individuals to take CJC 1295 with Ipamorelin, we strongly suggest blood work be done. Checking CBC, CMP, IGF-1 and Lipid panel are common bio-markers to be checked.

Underlying medical conditions may necessitate more complex blood testing.

Inject 0.10ml subcutaneously before bedtime on an empty stomach.
